Special Bonus Trek: “Austin’s Past…..Still Present!”

Austin Capitol Building

Just like Texas, our state Capitol is impressive in its size and history! Dave Stauch, former partner of Herndon, Stauch & Associates, responsible for design & construction of the $183 million Texas Capitol Extension and Restoration program, will personally share his vast knowledge of our amazing Capitol and treat us to an intriguing look behind the scenes of the historic renovation!  Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch at The Carillion in the UT AT&T conference Center.  Of course, Texas has its own State History Museum and we will spend time perusing a time capsule of our state’s most intriguing moments!  Tour the Texas State Cemetery, the final resting place of Governors, Senators, Legislators, Congressmen, Judges and other legendary Texans who have made the state what it is today.

Cost: $115 (includes transportation, gratuities, admissions, lunch, and afternoon snacks & wine)
