Spicewood Arts Society aspires to serve as cultural resource for every member of the community through innovative programming of the highest quality and scholarship and to provide the opportunity for people of all ages and social positions to encounter, create and enjoy art.

To implement this mission we will focus on four areas:

• educational programs for those who wish to enhance their appreciation and understanding of the arts;
• promote exhibitions and performances for local artists to demonstrate and other's to enjoy their artistic achievements;
• community outreach through new audience development and enhanced community ties through professional networking;
• the development of facilities to serve as a venue to house, accommodate and facilitate the programs and activities envisioned in this statement.
