We are seeking donations, sponsorships, and volunteers for this community event.

DONATIONS

Donations: Donations are essential to a successful Arts Round-up. Admission is free, although donations at the gate are encouraged. For the Festival to raise money to support the arts programs in schools, we rely greatly on donations.

Donations help SAS:

• Make possible the Arts Round-up to be affordable for all to attend
• Support the Community Outreach activities, especially bringing the Artists to area schools

Every dollar is important in achieving our mission. Should you wish to designate a specific category in which you would like to donate, that is available also as shown below.

SAS is a 501(c) (3) organization. As such, donations are tax exempt to the extent allowed by applicable law. Upon receipt, SAS will send you an acknowledgement letter that you may use for tax purposes.

SPONSOR

Becoming a SPONSOR of the Arts Round-up is an excellent way to show your support for the arts in the Spicewood Community, as well as have your name and / or business name reach arts enthusiasts throughout the community.

Benefits to Sponsors:

• Logos appear on each page of our website, and reach potential customers 24/7.
• Sponsors names appear in the performance programs given to attendees at each of the six concerts of the Season.
• Sponsors receive special signage at the Arts Round-up, ensuring that your name is visible to the Arts Round-up attendees.

VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers make SAS support of the arts possible. This is a great chance to get involved in the Community, meet new friends and help make this another great Season. See what interests you.

Volunteer Opportunities for Arts Round-up

• Staff the front gate of the SAS annual Arts Round-up.
• Help with ground preparation for the annual SAS Arts Round-up.
• Serve on a Round-up Committee-everything from publicity, distributing posters and card announcements, to announcing musicians, to recruiting sponsors!
