The Spicewood Arts Society (SAS) currently hosts its performances at the Spicewood Vineyards beautiful new Event Center. The Event Center seats 250, with ample room for performance seating and a bar for buying wine by the glass. The event center has covered porches and a beautiful Spanish fountain to provide outside ambience during intermissions.

Driving directions from Austin area:

Go west on Highway 71 from Austin. Cross the Pedernales River, and go approximately 8.5 miles. You will pass the intersection of Spur 191 and Highway 71, where there is an Exxon station and a yellow blinking light. Turn left (south) on Burnet County Road (CR) 408, which is about ½ mile west of the Exxon station. There is a blue highway sign indicating the direction to Spicewood Vineyards on your right. Go 7/10 mile, turn right on CR 409, and go 1.5 miles. After passing through the vineyard, take the left fork. The winery will be on the right, and the event center is just past the winery on the right. Park in the event center parking lot.

Driving Directions from Marble Falls area:

Go south on Highway 281. Turn east on Highway 71 toward Austin. Go approximately 8 miles. Turn right on Burnet County Road (CR) 408. There is a blue highway sign indicating the direction to Spicewood Vineyards on your right. Go 7/10 mile, turn right on CR 409, and go 1.5 miles. After passing through the vineyard, take the left fork. The winery will be on the right, and the event center is just past the winery on the right. Park in the event center parking lot.
